Q : ‘Input’ and ‘Inverter’ indicator are ‘ON’ but alarm sounds.
A : Rectifier failure, call for service.

Q : ‘Input’ and ‘Bypass’ indicator are ‘ON’
A : Turn on the UPS. UPS overload, remove some load from the UPS. If it remains the same, call for service.

Q : When AC main failure, inverter does not work.
A : Check battery fuse. If battery fuse is broken, replace with the same rating. If the fuse is blown again, call for service.

Q : No output voltage when input power fails.
A : Probable cause, batteries discharged completely. Recharge the battery by keep the main switch ‘ON’ for 10 hours. Retest the battery discharging again. If it remains the same, call for service

Q : Line On indicator not light.
A : Check your main voltage. If main voltage > 170Vac and < 255Vac, call for service
